Melody of Angika Songs must reach to every nooks and corners

Mumbai, April 20, 2007: Songs of Khagaria Vali Bhouji are melodious. This is general reaction of the people listening to the songs of this first ever Angika Movie.

Film has 10 songs in all, which have been sung by famous playback singers like Udit Narayan, Sadhna Sargam, Kumar Sanu, Shreya Ghosal, Priya Bhattachharya, Suresh Anand, Jhirimi, Kailash Kher etc.

Lyrics have been written by S.Kumar, Badri Prasad, and Ikhlas. While music has been given by Arvind Jha, Pavan Muradpuri, and S. Paul.

The title song, Khagaria Vali Bhauji has been sung by Udit Narayan, and Priya Bhattacharyya. The song, Munia ke viyah hoye gelaiye bulbul has been sung by Sadhna Sargam. The song, Hamar Pati bas hamrey rahtey has been sung by Suresh Anand and Sadhna Sargam. The song Sone Katorie mei ubtan is a Chorus. The song, Jehnow Ganga ke Paani has been sung by Kumar Sanu.

The song, Begusarai mey chali gelaiye Goli has been sung by Tarannum. The song, Ho Raja kariye chi hum tore se pyar has been sung by Udit Narayan, and Shreya Ghosal. The song, Kamar Kaske Bahar bhelay Chorba has been sung by Priya Bhattacharyya. The song, Jagdamb ahin avlamb hamar has been sung by Jhirimi. The song,Hum to bus aapke hain dhuran Peer Baba has been sung by Kailash Kher.

According to Kunal Singh, he has gone through each word and detailings while the songs were at the stages of writing and recording. “Melody of Angika Songs must reach to every nooks and corners of the country and abroad.,” he further adds.
